Leap of Taste:
From Unknown to
Community Institution.
The Real Problem
It was a perception problem.
When Keegen introduced himself as the owner of Leap of Taste, people didn't always recognize the name. Some thought it was the vegan place on Main Street. A café with genuine soul and a loyal following was invisible to anyone who hadn't already walked through the door. Their social media reflected that. Food photos, announcements, nothing that made you feel what it was actually like to be there.
The Approach
Build the bridge between the brand and the people who didn't know it yet.
We started with the emotional architecture, what did someone need to feel to choose a coffee shop they'd never tried? It was belonging. From that foundation, we built a story-driven content series: A Coffee With a Local, which introduced the community to other local business owners and people who had an impact in the community through the lens of Leap. A Taste of Leap at Home brought the experience into people's daily routines. We also partnered with The Pump Track and Healthy Klamath for a community crossover event, generating one of the most engaged pieces of content as both audiences amplified together.
As the strategy sharpened, we shifted into deliberate campaign mode. The results were immediate.

We built Villa Counseling's site to convey trust, warmth, and professionalism from the first scroll, with a client journey designed to move someone from a hesitant visitor to a booked session.
